The hotel doesn’t seem properly maintained. The rooms weren’t clean, there was no phone in the room, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work. I ordered tea to my room and waited 45 minutes for it. When the power goes out, it takes them an hour to switch on the generator. I’d suggest staying elsewhere.

Please check Room No 207. I can share the bill copy. There are a lot of differences between the online and offline comments, and they argued for extra payment when I was paying the final bill. The first day they quoted 2300 for the room, but on the last day the price had gone up to 2500. The staff were very rude. The AC wasn’t working, and they wouldn’t change the room. The bedsheet, blanket, and other items were very dirty, and hot water wasn’t available. The electrical wiring was poor and made a lot of sparking noise. They opened the room without permission, which didn’t feel safe for women. I don’t recommend staying here.

The location is prime, with ample parking, but the rooms are very old and poorly maintained. The toilets are in very bad condition too.

I don’t understand how this is a 3 star hotel. The beds aren’t proper, and there isn’t even a mirror in the room. The bathroom window was broken and covered with a cloth, and there was no toilet flush, among other problems. Check-in wasn’t very smooth either. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
