The side road leading to the property is narrow, which is my only drawback about its location. The place makes good use of the space available. Our rooms were good, and the dining hall, food, and service were all good too. The staff were very cooperative and ready to help with what we needed. A very pleasant stay.

After a long, tiring day, it felt good to come back to people who really cared and made us feel at home in an unfamiliar place. The food was mouthwatering, honestly better than what we had at other restaurants. They coordinated a car for our whole trip through our travel agent, and the dining staff and others were supportive, from our welcome to getting us settled in our room. We had Wi-Fi, clean rooms, and a great view from the top floor. Breakfast and dinner were included in our package. Excellent hotel all around.

Mr, Praveen Kumar helped arrange a great tour package to Pangong and Nubra valley, including an amazing driver. My wife, son, and I stayed for five days and had a wonderful time. Praveen was friendly from our first phone call to book the stay, and in person he handled all our requests perfectly without a hint of annoyance. The whole staff showed warmth and professionalism, and we left with great memories. I'd happily recommend the place and stay again.

We were there for 4N and 5D, and the service was amazing. Pravinbhai, the manager, was friendly and very polite, and the rest of the staff were great too. The food was 10/10.
