The hosts were extremely helpful, and the stay was very comfortable. Mr. Kuldeep went out of his way to assist me during a medical emergency involving oxygen deficiency. I strongly recommend staying here.

The premises are tastefully designed, and the staff were courteous. The main drawback was the old, tarnished linen and towels, though Housekeeping replaced them after I called. There is no lift. Still, I'd recommend staying here.

Manager Kuljeet really stood out for his professionalism, warmth, and knack for anticipating what guests needed. He led by example, and the whole staff were proactive, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. From check-in to checkout, we felt welcome and well looked after. Everything ran smoothly, and the attention to detail was impeccable. The service was truly five-star. It's rare to find a team this committed to making your stay perfect. Highly recommend for a luxurious, seamless stay!

The location is right near Leh market, so it's easy to get around. Staff, including the receptionist, were warm, welcoming, and ready to help. The food was delicious and full of flavor, and the price was very affordable. The room looked brand new, with stylish interiors and a modern, very clean bathroom. From the room, the view really made me feel like I was in the mountains. Outside, the open spaces were beautifully kept, with lots of flowers and a peaceful, refreshing feel. A lovely place to sit and relax. The infrastructure is excellent inside and out. I've stayed in a nearby 5-star hotel before, but this place outshines it. One of the best places to stay in Leh, highly recommend!
