The staff are illiterate and uncooperative. We booked for two days, but they didn’t clean the room on the second day. Hot water was available only for two hours in the morning. In our case, there was none from the taps, so they brought it in buckets, one bucket per person.

The WiFi on every floor was helpful, and the main market is nearby. I stayed here with friends and found it beautiful, with very nice, cooperative staff. It feels like a home, and I’ll definitely come back with my family. Thanks, guys.

We spent a few nights here on a Manali-Leh-Manali Bullet Bike trip. The facilities are very basic: no hot water, and no fans, which was rough in the searing summer heat. WiFi worked about 5% of the time, and only near reception. Breakfast was basic and not very hygienic. If you have another option, stay somewhere better and enjoy the experience. This certainly isn’t a 'Palace', and you won’t find 'Nirvana' here.
