There's an onsite restaurant, plus a secure gated car park and outdoor seating. The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds, and the staff are friendly and happy to help. Prices are reasonable, with room to negotiate for a longer stay. It's about a 3-4min walk to the Leh centre / Main Markets, with all the cafes and restaurants. The recently built 1st floor rooms are new and in top condition. A great find in Leh, highly recommend staying here.

Make sure you try the starter drink, Saffron Tea. I had a great experience here. I booked Glacier view, and although they have four properties under one owner, they gave us a very good room under Hotel Malik. They also own Munna Palace, and I visited a room there too. Those rooms were pretty awesome. If you get a good view, it's good value for your money. I'd choose to stay here whenever I go to Leh.

The location is very close to the Leh market, and the price was decent. The rooms were clean, though some are small, and WiFi didn't reach the corner rooms. Staff were fine, but they didn't always seem to get things done. The food was bad and gave me an upset stomach.

After arriving, we booked a complete Ladakh package through Munna palace, having first reserved it on their website. The tour was fantastic, the stay was excellent, and the management's hospitality was excellent too. Great location.

The rooms were clean and a fair size, and the arrangements were fair. There are three hotels sharing boundaries. Service could be a little slow at times, but otherwise everything was good.
