The common area at Nezer hostel was a nice spot to meet other travelers, swap stories, or unwind after a day out. I also enjoyed the café’s local and international food and the rooftop terrace view of the sunset over the Himalayas. The hostel sits among the mountains, with beautiful views and a peaceful feel. Staff were welcoming and helped with local tours and suggestions for lesser-known places around town. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well maintained, with dorms and private rooms for different budgets. Nezer hostel makes a great base for solo travelers, backpackers, or groups of friends exploring Leh. I’d definitely come back, and recommend it for the hospitality, location, and atmosphere.

My room was roomy and cozy, with the basic amenities I’d expect at this price. The bed was comfortable, the linens were fresh, and the bathroom was spotless, with good water pressure and hot water. The hotel was very clean and well maintained.

⛔️ I got bed bug bites at this hostel when I stayed in Aug 2025, and they still hadn’t healed three months later. They need to improve the hygiene. ⛔️ I told the owner right away, but it seemed like they didn’t care, so I had to write this.

My room was spacious and tidy, with all the necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom spotless, and the atmosphere relaxing. The hotel itself was clean, organized, and beautifully maintained.
