Hotel Reenam worked well for a short business stay or layover, with an easy-to-reach location near the airport and Leh Market. The rooms were tidy and maintained, with basic amenities, a comfortable bed, and housekeeping keeping things clean. It's not a luxury property, but the comfort is decent for the price. Staff were polite and cooperative at check-in and handled small requests promptly, so things felt hassle-free. I can't stop appreciating manager Mr.MUHMMED services.

We stayed at Reenam in September 2025 and had a good time. The owner was polite and friendly, and even took us to his garden to try juicy Kashmiri apples, which were delicious. The cook made the food we asked for, and it was good. I'd recommend staying here 😊

We visited with our family and had a comfortable stay. The food deserves a special mention, it was very tasty and came in a good variety. Staff were helpful with every detail, and the service and hospitality were great.

Our holiday was a total waste because the service was so disappointing. The staff were untrained and unprofessional, and the service boy was very rude. Ramesh was chewing something with a really bad smell while serving food. I asked him not to chew it while serving, but he kept doing it.
