Hospitality was amazing, with staff just a call away whenever we needed something. We were given a very spacious family room, and the washroom was spacious and clean too. Lunch arrived on time and was delicious, and dinner was a good buffet with plenty of choices. Staying at Royal Hills Ladakh was a really good choice for me.

The team were welcoming and ready to help, with quick service and local tips. They even offered health checks for travelers who were new to the high altitude. My room was spacious, clean, and tidy, and regular housekeeping kept the hygiene up throughout the stay. The food was fresh, delicious, and varied enough for different tastes. Hotel Royal Hill is conveniently located for the airport, main sights, and local markets. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend it to families, solo travelers, or anyone wanting comfortable accommodation, good food, and friendly hospitality in Leh.

This is a good hotel for families, in the 4-star segment. Finding a place was difficult during my first trip, early in the Leh Ladakh season, so I searched Google and booked this one on the spot. The pictures they posted were all 100% original. I'm really thankful to mr Vivek Chouhan for his professional hospitality. Vivek ji helped us and guided us on tours and roads, and even arranged food for me at midnight when I was hungry. Thanks again.

The highlight for me was the view from the hotel. We stayed on the top floor, which I'd recommend if you want to enjoy it. The room was clean, roomy, and well cared for, and housekeeping kept it neat throughout. Staff made me feel welcome as soon as I arrived and were very helpful. It's also very close to the airport. I had a wonderful stay.
