Sangaylay Palace

The evening bonfire made the stay feel cozy, and the hot and cold AC worked perfectly. At high altitude, having an oxygen concentrator available was a big relief. Staff were very helpful, and early check-in let us rest after arriving. The Mall Road pickup and drop-off also made getting around Leh easy. Our room at Sangaylay Palace was spacious and very clean, with a king-size bed, LG Smart TV, air purifier, and personal locker. The food was tasty, service quick, and the hotel felt safe and well managed. It was a wonderful stay during our Ladakh trip, truly a five-star experience in the heart of Ladakh. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely visit again.

Mr. Sonu put together our whole Ladakh tour program, and it was fascinating and fabulous. Our assigned driver, Mr. Ashraf, was great, knowledgeable, polite, and very punctual. The staff were all sincere and on time, and Mr. Sonu himself was calm, polite, and extremely helpful. The room quality was superb and everything was neat and clean. The food was great, especially breakfast, which offered a huge variety every day in a buffet you could take as much as you wanted from.

We felt at home with the lovely people here. They really live by “Atithi Devo Bhava.” Mr Bharat, Mr Jamuna, Mr Pawan, and the rest of the staff gave us excellent service and hospitality. Thank you for everything, we'd love to stay with you again. The hotel is near the market and has a shuttle for pickup and drop-off. Our room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities, including a heater, Wi-Fi, and smart TV. The food was excellent too. We had dinner and breakfast there every day of our stay.

Mr sonu, pawan and Sanjay were kind and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and comfortable, and I felt right at home. Great place to stay. I'd happily come back again and again.
