The staff were warm and looked after us whenever we needed help, but the property spoiled the experience. We came after seeing an influencer’s dreamy video on Instagram, and I’ve learned not to rely on influencers. It was a nightmare, and I usually don’t write negative reviews in such strong terms. Getting there meant passing many abandoned houses inside the society. There was no dedicated parking, so we had to leave the car on a slope. The swings and tables in the open area were moldy. A floor-cleaning liquid gave off a stink, and we were stuck eating in the enclosed restaurant where it lingered. If you arrive by taxi, you’re practically stranded and may regret the decision. I think things could improve if they kept the place clean and up to par, and offered their own transport service.

The peaceful, beautiful location really warmed my heart, and we enjoyed every moment of the stay. The staff were friendly, cooperative, and always ready to help. I’d love to visit again.

The view points seem to be the main draw, with a lot of hype created by influencers, while the cost is too high. Ideally food should be included in the rent. The rooms are very basic. The staff are good, and breakfast is really good for Jain guests. Beyond the swimming pool, which seems to be there just to show, there aren’t other amenities.

The location was adequate and the service just passable, but I had a pretty poor stay. The rooms felt ancient and were badly outdated, with no decoration at all. It made the atmosphere really dismal and unappealing.
