Bailey's Castle Villa

The spotless, beautifully designed accommodations gave us a comfortable mix of luxury and ease. The location was stunning, with breathtaking views, and the staff were welcoming and attentive throughout, going out of their way to make us comfortable. My recent stay at [golden sapphire villa] exceeded all my expectations.

Golden Emerald Villa was pristine, beautifully designed and had everything we needed. The team handled each request promptly and paid real attention to detail. They arranged local tours and catered to our dining preferences, while staying welcoming and helpful with warm smiles. The hospitality was excellent from the moment we arrived, and they went above and beyond to make us comfortable. It made for a special, luxurious and relaxing getaway. I can’t recommend it enough.

The food was awful and the caterers were always late, so skip the meal package. There was no water at night, which was a huge disappointment. The villa looked different from the pictures, felt dull inside, and wasn’t properly maintained. Rooms were just okay. The lawn was too small for outdoor games, and the pool was midsize, not as big as shown. The music system was good. The roads were poor and had waterlogging. I wouldn’t suggest it for families or corporate groups.

The caretakers kept entering without knocking or asking, which left us feeling very uncomfortable and like our privacy didn’t matter. Inside, the villa was dusty, with broken door knobs, and we came across both cockroaches and rats. It was clear that cleanliness and upkeep were neglected. We had a very disappointing stay, and the staff’s intrusive behavior made it worse. I hope management addresses these issues for future guests.
