Amazing place to stay.

I wouldn't recommend this place if you're hoping to celebrate, party, or simply enjoy time with friends and family. The caretaker kept monitoring us and calling to complain about noise, even when the music was already low. People book private bungalows in Lonavala to relax and have a good time, but we were repeatedly told to turn the volume down. I've stayed in many Lonavala bungalows and never had this kind of unnecessary restriction. Calls about checkout started around 8:30-9:00 AM, before the official checkout time, and kept coming until we left. The constant interruptions, lack of privacy, and pressure ruined the stay. The owner and management should address this and train the caretaking staff to interact more professionally. Guests deserve privacy and shouldn't feel monitored. I wouldn't recommend this property for a relaxed, enjoyable stay.

The pool was clean, and we had a really relaxing time as a family. For the reasonable price, the 4BHK villa was a great deal, cosy, well kept, and had good amenities. It does need proper maintenance, though. When checking in, make sure to test all the ACs, since 2 weren't working for us. We also spotted cockroaches in the kitchen cabinets, so check the kitchen hygiene, along with little things like broken door handles.

The owner was very rude and spoke badly to customers. The service was poor. Please don't book this villa.
