HashTag Villa 2BHK in Lonavala

The pool was the best part of our stay at #HashTag Villa. It was clear and well cared for, and we spent hours there playing and relaxing, including at night under the stars. The villa sits in a quiet, scenic spot with attractions only a short drive away, while still being easy to reach. Inside, everything was clean and thoughtfully furnished. The spacious bedrooms had air conditioning and fresh, soft bedding, and the bathrooms were spotless with basic toiletries. We also made quick meals in the well-stocked kitchen, though we ordered from nearby restaurants too. The dining area had a lovely view. Booking was easy, the team answered our questions ahead of time, and we were welcomed at arrival. The place matched its description, maybe even surpassed it. The living room was comfortable, with a TV and sound system. Staff helped with things like extra towels and housekeeping while giving us privacy. For a private, comfortable Lonavala break with family, a partner, or a small group, this was a great choice.

Traveling with toddlers can be a lot, but Hashtag Villa In Lonavala made it easier. There was safe room for them indoors and outdoor space to run around. The staff were understanding and helpful, which I really appreciated as a parent.

We were left trying to find another place to stay with our 3-year-old, and MakeMyTrip did not help, despite being a major company. The owner was rude and unwilling to work with us when we explained what had happened and asked for a refund. We arrived at 2 PM to find the property in poor shape, even though we had told the owner an hour before we got there. The toilets were dirty, and none of the bathrooms had water. The whole locality had no electricity, and the owner already knew this but had not told us. We got a generator only around 5 or 6 PM, and it still did not run some fans or air conditioning units. The Google photos are misleading, in my view, and should not be relied on. I was highly disappointed with both the owner and make my trip.

Not worth what they charge. The villa looks better in the pictures than in person, and the cleaning was below par. The pool wasn't clean when we arrived, and the top floor was closed for work, which took away the villa's best feature.
