The villa needs renovation, and it looked completely different from the photos and video the owner shared before we booked. The TV had no channel subscription, unlike other villas where we've had many channels and OTT options. The small Bluetooth speaker wasn't working either. We could manage the loud tree cutting next door for two days, but the male caretaker argued with my family at night while they were playing and enjoying themselves. The female caretaker also wouldn't listen when we asked about cleaning. We were having breakfast and asked her to wait or come back later, but she said she wouldn't keep coming back and wasn't willing to wait, even though they stay downstairs. Bad experience, in my view.

We had a really bad stay here. When we checked in, nobody properly counted the items, but later the owner claimed there were broken glasses and missing plates and charged us extra. The amounts for these simple things were unreasonable, and we hadn't damaged them. It felt unfair and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this villa.

The family loved the food, games, swimming, music, and ambience, and the staff were courteous and provided excellent service. The swimming pool was the cleanest, and the barbeque was superb. The owner lives nearby, and the caretaker family is on the premises, so food, medicines, extra pillows, bedsheets, and other food items were sorted quickly. Kudos to KausarAli bhai, Fatemaben Haveliwala and Haribhau for making it such a great experience for the kids, adults, and elderly members of our family. It's near the station and easy to reach by auto. Keep it up, Lalit Hills Villa. Looking forward to visiting soon.

The property is nice, but our Mother day out event here was only average. I organize events and am a community leader, and there were extra charges for every service: 500 for using gas and another 500 per day for a cleaning maid. They have a car at the villa, which is nice, but even a ride anywhere under 250m costs 200 each time. After all those charges, they asked us to leave early because they said they needed to prepare for the next day's booking. Plan a stay here only if you can afford all these kinds of tantrums. It's overrated.
