The 3BHK The Royal villa 3 was really good, with a great ambiance and a pool large enough for a fun, relaxing time. Suresh Ji, the caretaker, was helpful throughout and took good care of us. Just plan to bring your own vehicle, since there’s no cab service nearby. You’ll also need to pack shower gel and toiletries because they weren’t provided. We had a wonderful time.

The kitchen had utensils and cooking equipment, so making our own meals was convenient, and the snacks we ordered were tasty. The villa was peaceful and well maintained, with clean bedrooms and washrooms, and a clean pool of a decent size that we could enjoy comfortably. Caretaker Suresh was polite, helpful, and quick to assist whenever we needed him. The owner was easy to reach, which made booking smooth, and even gave us chocolates at checkout, a thoughtful end to the trip. We had a really good stay at Royal Villa 3 in Lonavala, a beautiful 3BHK that worked well for a relaxing trip with friends and family.

We especially loved the huge swimming pool. It was the first time in my life I’d visited such an amazing private property, and the villa felt spacious, clean, and private, a great setting for a stress-free weekend. The property was peaceful and well maintained, and ideal for families spending quality time together. The caretakers were polite, helpful, and available when we needed them. The owner was kind, cooperative, and responsive, which made the stay more comfortable. We’d definitely love to return, and highly recommend it for a calm, luxurious family getaway.

The villa was very clean and only 10 mins from lonavala railway station. The swimming pool was clean and well maintained too. The caretaker and his family were warm and helpful, taking care of everything we needed. A very pleasant stay, worth every penny.

The caretaker looked after us well and was very helpful. They also made us a good breakfast. The pool was clean and big enough for a group of 6-8 people. A pleasant stay and good value for money.
