Hotel Grand Visava

With a group of around 110 people, we got no basic discount or flexibility, which showed no appreciation for group business and a purely money-focused attitude. The hotel kept chasing us for payment, insisting on 100% at arrival instead of settling the bill at checkout as even reputed 5-star hotels do. It felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. Our stay at Hotel The Grand Visava was stressful because of poor management, weak communication, bad service, and a lack of coordination. The manager, Mr. Navnath, seemed unable to handle a group booking or situations professionally. Staff issues were visible and guests suffered for them. Although we'd booked the conference hall well in advance, the hotel accepted another group for the same hall. Their double booking forced us to switch halls at the last minute and badly disrupted our program planning. The confirmed room deal also included extra mattresses, but those weren't there. When we asked, staff told us to go to reception ourselves, as though arranging mattresses were the group coordinator's job. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel for group stays, conferences, or events. The poor service could ruin your program and your peace of mind.

Our company event at Hotel Grand Visava went really well. It was a great setting for a team getaway, with spotless rooms and a lovely ambience. Food at hotel visawa was superb, with tasty, fresh choices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The paid food options were a bit costly, though, and I'd have liked more non-veg choices. Ramdas mama and sachin were especially helpful and looked after everything. The stay was peaceful and homely. The staff at visawa were really, really kind and helped us throughout the trip. Our room was neat and clean, and housekeeping was up to the mark. I'd recommend hotel visawa for a comfortable, peaceful trip.

We had a very good three-day stay at grand visava hotel in lonavala. The rooms were clean, breakfast was great, and room service was nice. There's plenty of car parking. The veg and non-veg restaurants and bar had good food and drinks. Staff were friendly and cooperative, and Ms.Vadana and Mr. Chetan gave awesome service. The pool and other amenities were just right for relaxing. Looking forward to visiting again.
