The only good part was the location near the railway station. The room I was first given had AC that didn’t work, and the next one had separate beds. Even though I’d booked, they hadn’t prepared a room for our arrival. I’d already told them we’d be checking in late, but they blamed us for arriving late. The room they finally gave us didn’t look like the pictures at all. It was average for the high price, smelled bad, and the pillows did too. The cupboard wasn’t in a condition to put anything in. The staff were rude. The tall, thin guy named sunny and the owner didn’t know how to speak politely. This was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The whole hotel smelled really bad, and so did the room and dirty bed. The main door, bathroom door, sink, and lights were broken. When we complained, we were told, “that is best room you have got”. We had booked and paid for breakfast, but it wasn’t available at the Hotel, so we had to go elsewhere to eat. There was no refund option, otherwise we would have left. I’m asking for a refund and for MMT to delist the hotel.

We booked offline, and the price was a little high because it was peak season. Overall it was a good experience, and hot water was available 24 hours. The toilet needs more cleaning.

The location is excellent, and having a restaurant attached makes it easy to get food. The rooms could be cleaner, and they need mosquito repellant. Room service needs improvement: neither the mosquito repellant request nor the TV activation request was fulfilled.
