The Gomti Nagar location is convenient, with a market and restaurants nearby that are easy to reach on foot. The rooms were very clean and hygienic. Best hotel in the area.

I won't stay here again. I booked through OYO, but the hotel demanded a much higher amount when I arrived than the price shown during booking, and gave no justification. The staff were unprofessional and the service was pathetic. Really disappointing, and I’d advise others to avoid this property.

At The Royal Inn, staff came into our room without knocking, which raised a serious privacy concern. Later, they argued with my family late at night, and that was really upsetting and unacceptable. We were extremely disappointed by how unprofessional the staff were. I expected better from somewhere calling itself 'royal'. Definitely not recommended.
