They offered us a room for 1500/-, but every room we looked at before checking in was in poor condition. The bedsheets were stained and filthy, and the blankets smelled unbelievably bad. When we asked reception to change the bedding, the staff weren't friendly about it.

At checkout, the receptionist pressured me to rate the hotel. I gave it 3 stars, and he immediately leaned over my phone and changed the rating to 5 stars himself. He argued, “What’s wrong with the service?” I told him the AC and geyser weren't working. He answered, “It works if you use it.” The staff were very unprofessional and unruly. I asked for regular RO water during my stay, but they delivered two Kinley mineral water bottles and charged ₹28 each.

I booked Global Inn through goibibo, but they refused to accommodate us because of water issues. They sent us to this hotel instead for the same payment, saying the two had a partnership. The location and ambience were good for what we paid, but the amenities and service need improvement.

For this price, I had my best stay. The staff were supportive and helpful, and the old property is being kept up beautifully.
