Call the hotel before you book and check whether they accept pay at hotel. They no longer give rooms for OYO bookings paid online, and even bookings made through other portals go through OYO. Otherwise, the hotel is well worth the money, with a good location and very helpful staff.

It’s a good, clean place, but the breakfast was a letdown. I paid an extra 200 rupees hoping to get a good breakfast before boarding my flight, and all I got was mayonnaise sandwiches, after waiting 1.5 hours. They said sandwiches were all they offered for breakfast, and blamed the delay on having run out of bread and needing to buy more from the market. That excuse was rubbish, and the sandwiches tasted awful.

The halls work well for small gatherings, and the food is delicious. The rooms are nice and clean too. It’s a good hotel, though service is quite slow.

The room and washroom were neat. My only issues were that there was no drinking water bottle in the room, which should be provided, and there was no hot water in the shower in winter.

Very poor staff behavior. When you book through OYO, they ask for a higher amount at check-in or say there are no rooms available.
