There was no electricity from 5 am until we checked out. I complained four or five times, and each time they said power would be back in 10 minutes, but nothing was done. Oyo shouldn’t work with properties like this. It was my worst hotel experience so far. The room we got at first was smaller than the one I’d booked. After three complaints to oyo support, they moved us to a slightly better room, but it still wasn’t what I’d paid for.
The rooms are spacious but very dirty, and in the morning you can see cow mud behind your door. There’s no room service, no facilities, and no security guard. After 10 pm there are no waiters, and you can’t even get a Bootle of water.
Really good place for an Unmarried Couple. Nobody disturbs you, and the staff are fully supportive. The cleaning was very good too. Love it.
Do they accept local ids, and is there a swimming pool here?
The hotel management was friendly, and the food was good.
