Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Lucknow

We stopped for breakfast on the way to the airport and didn’t have much time. Sweetie,Pooja gave excellent service, and the continental breakfast was enough for two. They let us share it, which was a nice bonus, and the food was good. The hotel ambience was lovely and well maintained. Thanks for an unforgettable experience, and God bless you all.

Devender Negi and Durga Prasad led a professional team that kept everything punctual and running smoothly at our event. The staff were warm and courteous, and our guests were impressed. The food quality, elegant presentation, and service all exceeded what we expected. We’re grateful to the whole hotel team for the excellent catering and for making our occasion memorable.

The pickup and drop service was punctual and excellent. Staff were helpful all the way from opening the main doors to scanning bags before entry, and the travel help desk was very cordial. At the restaurant, the chef and staff were friendly and helpful, chatting with us at the table. I left with a smile after that nice service. A five-star experience for me, and I hardly ever write reviews.

Ramada has a good location and ambience, and its large common areas make the rooms feel small by comparison. The rooms were clean, though not as perfectly clean as at Radisson hotels. We weren’t given the key for the interconnected rooms, and I don’t know why. When parents and their adult kids take two rooms, that connection helps protect the parents’ privacy. The staff’s behaviour could be better, and at a four-star hotel they should know English.
