The bed was nice, and the TV and table were good, but the room was cramped and the toilet wasn't good. The AC and room service were poor, and service overall wasn't great. There's no food service, they don't provide the Wi-Fi password, and you can't go outside in the middle of the night. It's okay for one day, but my overall experience was just so-so. You might find a better experience elsewhere.
I was here briefly on a business trip. The location has great connections to the main highways and areas of Lucknow, and the price seemed fair for the facilities. The people were friendly and willing to help. The room and bathroom were clean, and the Biotique amenities were a nice surprise that set a high standard.
The prices are high, but there was barely any service. They gave me a used mineral water bottle without saying it had been used, then charged for it. There was no TV, no phone to call room service, and no kitchen. I wouldn't recommend staying here. OYO should review the property to protect its reputation.
I stayed for 8 days because this hotel is near Medanta hospital Lucknow. The room wasn't cleaned properly, and there was no TV or WiFi. Food came very late too: lunch arrived around evening snack time. Manager Vikas was very rude, asked for money at the time of room rent, and behaved poorly. Worst hotel in this world.
The OYO booking got me a good price, and the stay itself was nice. The room was pleasant and the staff were good too.
