It was a real nightmare. The rooms were in awful condition, the service was pathetic, and the staff were horrible. They asked for extra money, saying oyo hadn't paid them in three months, and may even deny check-in. Basic things were missing too, including the TV, dustbin, service phone, towel and soap. Go somewhere else, away from this hell.

I didn't check in because the hotel staff wouldn't cooperate. They abused oyo and demanded 1200 rupees at check-in, even though I'd booked through oyo for 536 rupees. This was my worst experience with oyo. I've had this issue with an oyo booking before, so I won't use oyo again.

The hotel management provided no service, and the receptionist md. Akram charged me an extra 600 rs. for the room booking. It was a terrible experience.

The room was dirty when I arrived, and the laundry wasn’t clean either. There was no geyser in the bathroom. I also had a very poor experience with the staff, and a couple were coming in and doing inappropriate things in the room. I’d never visit again.

Getting the bill took 30 hours after checkout, and there didn’t seem to be any quick system for it. There was no water service or handwash, and the bathroom smelled bad.
