I had to stay unexpectedly for two days because of a problem, and they helped me throughout. The staff were very friendly and polite. Very good hotel.

I was in town for a friend's wedding, and the receptionist made me wait for an hour. He was the rudest person I've met and had no manners. The rooms were shady and dirty. Don't choose this hotel. It should be shut down.

The hotel staff have no manners. Don't ever go there.

The reception guy was rude and quick to pick a fight during my stay for a wedding. The bedsheets in the rooms were stained, and we later heard that people in the colony know him for his behavior. This might be okay only for couples wanting a short stay. Look at other nearby hotels.

I made a small request, and the receptionist started arguing. The staff behaved poorly. This place isn't suitable for family functions or personal stays. Look for another nearby hotel where they’re supportive, customer-focused, and speak politely.
