The food was average, and the service was bad. The staff were rude and unprofessional, with no basic manners, which made the visit uncomfortable. The place felt dull, poorly kept, lifeless, and shady, nothing like the relaxing atmosphere I expected. Andheri West Café in Vikas Nagar left a very negative impression. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a decent meal in Lucknow.

The bathroom had a constant foul smell, dim lighting made the room uncomfortable, and the bed mattress was hard to rest on. In Room No. 303 at Kachnar House, Sector 2, Lucknow, water kept leaking in the bathroom, and its floor was so slippery it felt unsafe. The towels were covered in loose lint. Cleanliness was poor even after I complained repeatedly, and staff never took effective action. Basic amenities were in bad condition, and the ignored maintenance and poor response reflect badly on the service and management.

We had to cancel at 2am, late at night for my family, because of cleanliness problems. They show one good room online but don't give it to you when you arrive. It was the worst day of my life. Deeply disappointed.

The food was just right, the place had a great vibe, and the staff were warm. Had an amazing time from beginning to end. I'll be back and tell my friends about it.

Great location, really good-tasting food, and very hardworking staff. A very nice hotel.
