Hotel Silvete

I’m a tour organiser from Mumbai with PRIDE HOLIDAYS, and this was my first trip to Lucknow. After looking at around 35-40 hotels on Google Maps, I booked nine Deluxe rooms here, and I’m glad I did. Hotel Silvete is a wonderful choice for a family or group. The location and ambience were good, and the rooms were very spacious and clean. Each had basic and some luxury amenities, including AC, LED TV, cupboard, sofa chairs, mini refrigerator, electric kettle, tea and coffee sachets, clean towels, and good quality toiletries. The Wi-Fi was very strong. Staff were polite, humble, and helpful, and the large terrace restaurant served delicious dinner and breakfast. I’ll book here again for future tours to Lucknow.

We had a memorable birthday party on the patio. The snacks were tasty and plentiful, and lunch was delicious. I asked a waiter to make a video for us, and he did a great job capturing what I requested. Staff were attentive and quick to take care of our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, and I highly recommend Hotel Silvete for occasions big or small. Thanks to the staff for making it such a memorable party.

Think twice before booking. There was no hot water from 5pm until 5am, and even after asking, the water was lukewarm at best. They also wouldn’t provide plates for outside food, even though their own restaurant is closed after 11pm. They didn’t even bring basic spoons. Arif castle next door might be a better deal, but check its policies first.

The location was great, with ample parking and valet parking. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had plenty of light. When we arrived in January, the room’s central AC was set to fan and heating only, but they switched it to cooling right away when we asked. Prompt service.
