I booked through "Fab Express Hotels" and had one of the worst experiences of my life. I felt badly cheated, and the problems still hadn't been resolved by checkout. This happened on the ground floor. The rooms stank, the floors were dirty, towels were wet every time, the main door was damaged, and the bathroom drain was blocked. There were plenty of other complaints too, as you can see in the pictures. Tea or breakfast wasn't available by 10:00 am. Nobody answered the reception phone, and the staff were asleep in front of reception until 9:00 am.

I had a very bad stay. The rooms were extremely dirty, and the beds, floors and bathrooms were smelly and unhygienic, like they hadn't been cleaned in months. There was no service staff. I'd give zero stars if that were an option.

The people at reception were good, and the bathroom was clean. The AC worked too. But the sheets hadn't been changed, the door had no key, and getting there meant going through a very narrow approach. The lift still hasn't been built. Only stay here if you have two.

We were shown room 205, but given room 307 instead. No towel was provided in our room from this morning through the evening. The washroom wasn't clean, and there was no toilet paper. Reception wouldn't pick up our calls. When I checked out at 7:39 am, all the staff were asleep in front of reception. The reception staff's behavior was very bad.

I'm from Assam and new here, but the staff made me feel at home even though I was far from my own. Everyone was so helpful and did their work sincerely, and they were very humble. I had a very good experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
