The area around the hotel was disappointing, though I had a pleasant and safe stay as a solo female traveler. My room was clean and spacious, and the staff were polite and helpful. It'd be even better if they provided basic toiletries.

The power went out several times at night, and there was no backup. They also had no packaged water available during the night. Food service was terrible: outside food wasn't allowed, which was okay, but my order took an hour and a half despite about 15 calls and several trips to reception. The caretaker was playing mobile games with earphones in and didn't seem to notice me. A pathetic stay, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Hope they take this seriously so others are spared the same nightmare. Thanks.

The rooms are spacious, but the linen was dirty and torn. They serve tap water in open bottles and seem proud of it, with no RO water. Staff are untrained and don't seem interested in improving. Room service is practically nonexistent, and everything is very, very slow.

The location is the main drawback. Apart from that, it's a good place to stay, with cosy rooms and a nice atmosphere. I stayed here for three days with friends, and the service was great. The rooms were neat and tidy, and the staff were supportive.

They kept telling me I had one more full day to stay, even though I said I didn't. Then, when I was leaving, they said I had to pay extra for that day. The manager was rude and wouldn't discuss the problem, saying, “Didn't you know when you had to leave the room? Why did you listen to the staff?” He has no manners. 😡
