FabHotel A One Inn

I stayed here overnight with my family, and it was a frightening waste of money. The place had no proper parking, no food service, a broken fan, an AC that didn’t work, and no water in the room, though there was water in the washroom. They told us to order through Zomato. In the morning I couldn’t see the deep trench in front of the hotel through the long grass, and I broke my front bumper. I wouldn’t call this a hotel, and I don’t think the lodge is safe to stay in. If you’re curious how awful a hotel can be, this place might show you.

My parents were left waiting for a room after I’d prepaid for their overnight stay at FabHotel Aone Inn for 3 to 4 Feb, before their flight from Amausi Airport. When they arrived, they were told every room was sold out and to contact customer care. I was in another city and called several times. Customer care kept saying they’d spoken to the hotel manager and were arranging a room, but nothing happened. After a few more calls, one representative finally got their stay confirmed, and only then did the owner give them a room. Nobody else helped, and my parents spent the whole time waiting. I wouldn’t recommend any of their services.

The staff had a terrible attitude and were reckless. Broken switchboards, dirty bathrooms, unclean sheets and pillow covers, and rooms that stank of urine. I’d booked ahead and was with my mom, so I felt I couldn’t do anything. We somehow managed to get out of there. At night, the staff wandered the corridors making noise, which felt scary. I’d never recommend this hotel.

There was no water heater in any room, and the rooms smelled bad and weren’t clean. No dustbin was provided, the pillows were torn, and there were stains on the toilet and floor. There was no car parking either. All in all, an unpleasant stay.
