It was a suffocating room with no AC, and there wasn't even soap in the loo. For my whole stay the AC didn't work, and the washroom had no power. The tap ran hot water on a very hot day, and there was a used towel left in the washroom. The room was filthy, the bedsheet was unclean, and there were bits of cigarette in the room. My worst stay in Lucknow.

They wouldn't let me check in and said there was no light, then told me to cancel the booking. After I cancelled, I didn't get the full amount back. Why was money deducted? I'm shocked this can happen through OYO.

They refused to open the gate when I arrived around 11:45 at night. Their response was, why had I come so late? I explained I had a pre-booking, but they told me to take another hotel. When I mentioned the pre-paid money, they asked why I'd paid in advance.

The room was a mess, with no AC and no water supply. I had to wait two hours after 12 PM to check in, and there wasn't proper staff. The worst place, don't visit anytime. I wish I could give it a negative rating. And Oyo sucks too!

It's a horrible place, and I wonder why OYO gave it a licence. The way there is awful, like you're heading to the wrong place instead of a hotel. The staff had no manners and didn't behave well. The rooms weren't up to the mark, and the AC didn't work. They also wouldn't accept the online booking we'd made, which caused us a lot of problems. They only give rooms for cash payment.
