Saubhagya Inn

The manager was rude and seemed focused only on collecting payment, with no concern for our comfort or complaints. The rest of the experience was just as disappointing: the room and common areas were dusty, and the bathroom and commode were filthy, including yellow stains on the commode. The lights and wiring didn’t work properly, the curtains hung loosely, and there was no drinking water bottle, kettle, or heater. The room cost far too much for what it offered. Guards and staff kept standing outside the room, which made us uncomfortable and seemed like they expected tips. Poor hygiene, poor service, and unprofessional behavior. I wouldn’t recommend Saubhagya Inn.

The location is great, and the guard outside was welcoming, but the rest of the experience was awful. I paid 2200 for a room where the AC stayed at 16 degrees because the remote was lost. I asked several times for the remote or a room change, and nobody came, even though a staff member said they’d move me. The money had already been paid, so apparently the customer could be ignored. The bedsheet looked almost 100 years old, and whatever shampoo or facewash was in the bathroom was gross. I attached a picture. The receptionist kept a poker face, like smiling would cost him Rs 100 percent smile. I hope this review gets through to them and they spend some money on caring about customers.

The staff were professional and polite, and the service was right on point. I had a comfortable stay here and would consider it for another comfortable visit.

Service was poor, and charging 100% service tax on a water bottle is completely unethical. I wouldn’t recommend this place to any business official.
