The Heritage Hotel

We held our wedding at The Heritage Hotel, and the staff managed everything smoothly. The hall and lawn looked beautiful with the decorations, and the atmosphere gave our functions a special feel. The team were polite, cooperative and always available, taking care of small requests as well as the bigger arrangements. That hospitality made the event feel much less stressful for us. The rooms were clean, comfortable and organized for our guests. There are around 38 well-maintained rooms, plus a spacious banquet hall and a lovely lawn. The arrangements were handled well from beginning to end. The location on AP Sen Road, Charbagh is convenient for guests coming from outside Lucknow, since it is very close to Charbagh Railway Station. I especially want to thank Santosh ji, the Chief Manager. He guided us and personally followed things from booking through execution. His patience, professionalism and willingness to help made a real difference to the wedding. The Heritage Hotel worked very well for our wedding and could be a good option for family functions or a stay in Lucknow. I was very satisfied and would recommend it to people planning an event or visit.

We had a party for 10 people, but I had to stop it early after the hotel staff went back on what we'd confirmed when booking. The whole thing was ruined, and my reputation took a real hit. It was a terrible birthday experience. I wouldn't hold any kind of party here.

Our room was spacious and well maintained, and we didn't hear street noise because the hotel sits a little way back from the road. The rooms are arranged around a wooden-style courtyard. It's easy to get here from Lucknow Junction railway station, and Charbagh metro station is nearby with a connection to the airport.

The staff were very polite, and the food was good too. A really nice place to stay, I loved it.
