The location is central, and the food I ordered was good. When I ordered Maggi at 11:30 pm, they brought it, and food ordered through Zomato arrived ASAP with cutlery. I also liked that they put detox water by the lift every day. The hotel staff were very cooperative during my seven-day stay. One day, smoke, possibly from the kitchen, came into my room for about 15 minutes. I complained, they checked it, and the issue was resolved.

I stayed for more than 10 days while my father was admitted to Nishat Hospital next door. That location is the one real advantage, and I’d only suggest staying here if being right by the hospital is essential. The rest was extremely disappointing. The rooms felt unhygienic, the bathrooms were poorly designed, the toilets and washbasins were broken, and the shower area was inconvenient. Room service was delayed every time and took repeated reminders. The front office staff weren’t customer-friendly and showed no empathy, even in a sensitive situation. Security was never at the main gate, nobody helped with parking, and guests had to take their own luggage to reception. For a hotel, that level of service is completely unacceptable.

The only thing they seemed quick about was charging full price. Basic hospitality standards weren’t met, and the management’s attitude came across as negligent. The rooms were ill-equipped and the service was pathetic. My family had booked in advance, yet we were left waiting in the sweltering lobby while staff blamed room cleaning. Once we finally got in, our room card stopped working. We had to wait again while the staff dragged their feet instead of sorting it out quickly. They were rude, lethargic, and seemed unconcerned about guests. Maple Leaf was a huge disappointment. It felt unprofessional and untrustworthy, and I’d tell people to stay elsewhere.

I’d only stay here if there were no other options near Hazaratganj.

The room size and services don’t justify the high tariff. This feels like a poorly managed, money-making hotel, and the rating seems managed too. I wouldn’t visit, you’ll be disappointed.
