OYO Townhouse 096 Lohia Park

The place was unhygienic and in such poor condition that, as a girl travelling alone for an exam, I felt completely unsafe. There were serious privacy and safety concerns, so I told the staff right away that I couldn’t stay and asked to cancel. They said the full amount would be refunded to my original payment method within 7 days, but more than two months later, I still haven’t received it. I’ve called and messaged both the property and Booking.com several times without getting a proper response. I booked through Booking.com for 4th to 9th December, with free cancellation. On check-in day, I was charged ₹8668 for the stay and another ₹500 for just 1-hour early check-in. I’m a student, and this is a lot of money for me. Instead of a place to stay while travelling for an exam, I got harassment, stress, and financial loss. The staff were very unprofessional, there was zero hygiene or sense of safety, and they’ve been completely irresponsible about the refund. Especially female travellers and students should avoid this property. Worst experience ever.

The staff were courteous and helpful, but maintenance wasn’t satisfactory. The washroom light was damaged, the geyser didn’t work, and cleaning was average. The room itself was good.

The quiet, restful atmosphere was a welcome part of my stay, and the location was convenient for what I needed. Breakfast was good too. My room was clean and well maintained, and the staff were polite and very helpful whenever I needed something. I had a very positive experience at OYO Townhouse and would happily return and recommend it.

I felt safe here, and security was clearly a priority. The manager treated me like family, and I was very happy with the service, which never fell short. Thank you very much, Hotel Town House. I’ll come again next time.
