There was a mismatch between the price on the OYO website and what the hotel wanted when I arrived. When I asked the desk manager to explain, he argued with me and was rude instead of sorting it out. The front desk staff were discourteous and unprofessional at check-in, and their tone left a very bad impression. Management needs to improve how staff deal with customers and be clearer about pricing. OYO should investigate this hotel. This service isn’t acceptable.

When we arrived, the room was dirty and the sheets looked used and unwashed. There was also a strong cigarette smell that made it uncomfortable to stay there. The hotel provided no basic toiletries, not even shower gel, and staff refused when we asked for a toothbrush. Cleanliness and basic hospitality were far below an acceptable standard. The poor hygiene and unhelpful service made this a very unpleasant stay, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
