Fabhotel Dds

The staff were polite, but that was the only plus. The room hadn’t been cleaned, with dirt everywhere and spider webs. Breakfast wasn’t available until 9, and the rooms weren’t maintained properly. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

We were on our way to Allahabad and stopped in Lucknow, arriving around 8 pm to check in. They took the full payment before showing us the rooms, which was our mistake. We paid 6k for two rooms that honestly weren’t even worth 1k. There were insects, the bed was dirty, the phone didn’t work, there was no AC remote, and everything we touched was dirty. After we kept asking, they finally sent a man with a broom to clear away the insects, as shown in the photo I added. This is my worst experience with Fabhotel so far, and I’m never booking with them again.

The management was very rude, and room service was terrible. They didn’t give us an AC remote, and kept the phone on the other side to avoid answering calls. FAB hotels should remove their brand from this property, or it’ll be hard to book with FAB hotels again.

This place is basically a lawn, with rooms added to make extra money. There’s no car parking, so you have to leave your car on the road at your own risk. The owner is rude, they don’t seem to know the details of your stay, and nobody pays attention unless you call again and again.
