The rooms and facilities were very good. The room service staff were well educated.

The service was poor too. Even after calling reception several times, we still didn’t get drinking water and had to go ask in person. The AC in both rooms we booked also wasn’t working properly.

2/10
There was no electricity all night, the water supply was bad, and room service was poor. Even though we’d booked three days earlier, the rooms weren’t ready. The staff were useless. Nobody should book this third-class hotel.

Really nice location, and the rooms, restaurant, and banquet halls were all very nice. The staff were good too.
