I booked four nights, but when I got there I was shocked by the surroundings. It's in a village area, with villages and cow dung all around, and there was no transport nearby. The environment was really bad, and I don't think it's suitable for couples, especially outsiders. If you're coming from elsewhere or with your girlfriend, don't stay here. When I tried to cancel, they refused a refund. I lost the booking for all four nights, checked out the next morning, and didn't get a single penny back. I don't recommend this place to outside couples, and don't trust the reviews on the OYO app. They have fake reviews there.

Mr ajeet and Mr Manish jaiswal supported us in every way. Because of those two, I'd rate the service as the best. We'll definitely plan our next event with avr grand.

They call your phone without even getting your number from you, asking whether you've got a function coming up. They seem desperate for customers, and that says a lot about their standards.

The place was very untidy. This was the most horrible hotel experience I've had so far.

The staff were awful, and my experience was the worst. Don't book this hotel under any circumstances.
