The rooms are cozy and spacious, and the premises are neat. I found the food delicious, the service quick, and the staff honest and trained. The place also feels safe for kids and has wheelchair-friendly access. Reception welcomed us warmly, too. Thanks to the Managing Team. Lucknow Tahzeeb ka Shahar is my first choice to stay, and I'd love to come back again and again.

Mr. Pankaj Srivastava at reception shouted at two women for using tissues, even though both were very polite. He sounded threatening, almost as if he might hit them. That behavior was unacceptable, and after this awful experience I wouldn't recommend the hotel to any woman.
I had a very bad experience with Mr Pankaj Srivastava at reception. When two women asked for tissues, he yelled in an alarming way and threatened them. That isn't dignified behavior from someone serving customers. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
The rooms and bathrooms were clean, and the AC and TV worked. The hotel is in a prime spot, so getting around was easy, and the staff were genuinely helpful and made us feel at home. They have a restaurant with tasty meals, plus complimentary breakfast and mineral water. One issue: the lift stalls if four or more people get in. Aside from that, everything was awesome and it felt well worth it. A must-visit hotel.
