Pinnacle by Click Hotels, Lucknow

The breakfast buffet was good, but the rest of the stay was deeply disappointing. There were mice in the AC vents and cockroaches in the room, and the towels looked blackened, as if they weren’t being washed properly. At a 5k tariff, those conditions are nowhere near worth the price. Staff came in to clean while I was away even though I’d told them not to. The guard wouldn’t get up to open the doors for guests carrying luggage, either. It felt like a guest house, and I’d value it at 1500-2000 a night at most. Even two stars feels too generous.

The staff are sweet and courteous, though they don’t seem very well trained in hospitality. It’s an otherwise decent place, but avoid room 3003: it has no window and sits right below the kitchen. The banging and crashing started around 5 am and woke me up abruptly.

Our wedding at The Pinnacle went incredibly well, and the guests all loved the outstanding food. Mr. Ajeet was especially helpful and available right away whenever we needed something. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, too. I’d highly recommend it for a smooth wedding experience.

Breakfast had an acceptable taste and quality, with a decent spread. The property is also a long way from the main tourist spots and shopping markets. Still, the condition of the hotel was a real problem, and I won’t stay at Click or any related group property again. I booked one night for 25th Feb., 2026, checked in around 2.30 PM, then went sightseeing. When we got back around 8.30, the room smelled strongly of puke / vomit. I asked the front desk several times to move us, but they said the hotel was full and no other room was available until 10.30 PM. They didn’t seem to make any effort to fix it. They wanted me to speak to the manager, who had already finished his duty hours. After a lot of chasing, the manager had staff put a diffuser in our room. We had kids with us, so we stayed in that room and left as soon as we could in the morning. Cleanliness throughout the property is an issue. Even a small request to housekeeping seemed to bother the staff member enormously.
