Dinner was a particular mess: I found an insect in the food, and they wouldn't refund the dinner plan. The staff were rude, room service took a very long time, and there was no generator for power cuts. This OYO stay was awful. I'd have given it a negative rating if that were possible. Avoid this hotel.
The hotel is easy to find near polytechnic chauraha, with Indra nagar metro station nearby. You can get transport from the main road, including buses that go almost everywhere. Rooms and washrooms were clean and hygienic, and the cafeteria was good. It has basic amenities, though there's no power backup. Still, it works well for business travelers or families.
I've stayed at this OYO three times now, and each visit has been good. I like the facilities. My one complaint is that outside food isn't allowed, while the food from their own kitchen costs too much.
The receptionist was very rude, and my complaint to OYO got no response. Breakfast was limited to chole bhature, which was soaked in oil. There was no geyser for hot water, and the AC wasn't working either. A terrible hotel.
I stayed here for over 10 days and had a nice time. The staff were good, and the service was good too.
