Super OYO Townhouse Gomti Nagar Sector 1 Formerly The Gahmar Inn

What bothered me most was how the staff handled checkout. On both of my stays, someone began pounding on my door at 10:58 a.m., before the 11:00 a.m. checkout time, and kept shouting “Checkout” even after I said I’d be out in two minutes. I complained to reception after the first visit and suggested they call the room instead, but the same thing happened on my next stay. My partner and I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. The receptionist was the only staff member who came across as professional and courteous; the others were extremely disappointing. The food was bad too. I ordered toast and got bread fried in oil, with no butter, nothing like proper toast. I’d avoid this hotel.
