My Sangeet and Engagement were held at Hotel Golden Tulip on 9th February 2026. The only reason this is a 2-star review is the planning team's courtesy: Mr. Raja Ram, Ms. Shikha, and Mr. Avinash were humble and cooperative while we were arranging things. On the day itself, the management and execution were far below what I expected from a 4-star hotel charging premium rates for rooms and food per plate. The event manager showed up 1 hour and 15 minutes after the event had started. A hotel employee was also recording our private event and dance performances, which was unacceptable. Our rooms weren't ready until 5 PM, despite a scheduled noon check-in. Lunch for guests was poorly organized, and people had to wait and wander around before it was sorted out. The room list we'd supplied wasn't checked against the allocation, so random rooms were assigned, causing inconvenience and loss. We felt taken for granted. I expect a standard apology, but hope management makes real changes so this doesn't happen to future guests. Based on our experience, I wouldn't recommend the venue for major events.

We were impressed by the staff's kind, attentive service, the safe feeling, and the reasonable price. Our family was comfortable in the spacious, warmly lit room. Housekeeping kept everything clean, especially the washroom, where the kids liked the clean bath and strong shower. The hair dryer and drainage worked properly, and the soft bedding, good toiletries, and timely maintenance added to the comfort. The hotel also had reliable facilities, tasty food and drinks, an easy procedure, and an accessible location.

A prime location, reliable security, attentive staff, and fair pricing all helped make the stay memorable. The room itself felt spacious and stylish, with balanced lighting. Housekeeping kept both the room and washroom spotless, and the shower, bath, drainage, and hair dryer were all well maintained and working. Comfortable bedding, good toiletries, and upgraded facilities made for an easy stay, with quality food and drinks among the other amenities.

The staff were courteous and the atmosphere peaceful, and the price felt fair for what we got. Our room looked impressive and was kept very clean by housekeeping. Comfortable bedding, premium toiletries, and smooth maintenance gave it a quality feel. The facilities were well managed, while the tasty food and drinks, good location, organized procedures, and reliable security rounded out a memorable stay.

I'm staying at Hotel Tulip right now, and the service has been extremely disappointing. The rooms are good, but the poor service makes the place feel worse. This is the first time in my life I've had an experience like this. At night I asked room service for an extra blanket, which never arrived, even by morning. I also requested an extra chair, but it took three reminders before anyone brought one. The waiting area doesn't even offer guests water or tea, which is especially disappointing given the high price of the stay. The service doesn't match the cost or the expectations. I hope management takes the feedback seriously and improves customer service.
