The customer arrived at 3.00am, but the hotel manager said the room had already been sold. The customer had booked and paid an advance through Oyo, and Oyo had confirmed the booking. They ended up spending the whole night in Our taxi.

The location was hard to find, the food was bad and stale, and the rooms felt suffocating. There was a shared washroom, and you couldn’t use it whenever you wanted. The staff were very rude, ignored you, demanded extra money, and cancelled my booking. This was the worst stay at lucknow. Please don’t go.

I was turned away despite having an OYO booking, and the owner asked me to pay extra. My name was visible on his phone, but he still said he hadn’t received the money. OYO support tried calling him, but he wouldn’t answer the helpline agent, and they couldn’t sort it out either. I was kept on hold for 25-30 minutes. Afterward, I searched Hotel shubh Inn on Google and saw reviews saying this had happened to other people who booked online too. We should take legal action. This is the worst hotel.
