We left without staying and lost our money. The place was so dirty and unhygienic that it felt like a risk to our health. They insisted we pay before we could see the room, and the pictures were completely misleading. We’d booked a non-AC room online for two days at 4000rs. When we arrived, they put us on the second floor, with no lift, and said there was nothing available on the first. After we asked again, they wanted another 1600rs for an AC upgrade, even though the room looked the same size and had the same appearance. The person who made the booking wouldn’t answer our calls. There were insects throughout the room, termites in the cupboards, and bedsheets that looked like they hadn’t been washed in ages. The walls were broken and the paint was peeling. The plugs didn’t work, and they never brought the mosquito repellent we kept asking for. The doors were so flimsy they looked like two kicks could break them. They also said there’d be no geyser if the weather was hot. There were no basic facilities. A place for diseases, not worth even 100rs. This hotel should be closed. Don’t go, even if you’re travelling alone. It doesn’t deserve one star.

I’d booked 10 days ahead, but when I got there the receptionist loudly said there was no booking. He wanted money before showing me a room, argued with me, and they didn’t even have a computer to make a digital bill. Pathetic service. For God’s sake, don’t go there. I wish I could give negative stars.

Food and drinks are easy to find at any time since it’s in the main market. The hotel is near Char bagh metro station. Offline, there are three room types priced from 750 to 1100, though online and offline prices differ. The rooms are average and seem hygienic, but the corridors and stairs need maintenance. Service isn’t up to the mark.

The staff behaved very badly, and they looked at women in an unpleasant way. The route to the rooms and the rooms themselves were filthy. People had thrown food around, and it was never cleaned up.
