I wouldn't recommend staying at shubhkamna. I was there for two nights, and the slow Wi-Fi made it hard to get work done. The room itself was clean and maintained, with basic amenities including a TV, air conditioning, and minibar, but the bed was too firm and uncomfortable, and the pillows didn't support me well. I had trouble sleeping, and hallway noise came through clearly. For the price, I expected more comfort and service. My stay was generally pleasant, but the bed, noise, and amenity issues affected it. I hope the hotel addresses them so future visits are better.

It's about 500 mtts ahead of badshahnagar railway station, right on the main road. There's no parking facility, though there's ample space on the 40m wide main road. The basement is used for catering and the ground floor for the main function. It's not suitable for differently abled people. Food is mediocre, service is okayish, and things need monitoring to run smoothly.

The hotel feels luxurious, and the all-inclusive food was amazing, with a wide choice of food and beverages. I was warmly welcomed on arrival and introduced to several staff members, and the trip kept getting better after that. Service was good day and night. The hospitality makes it a four-star hotel in my view, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in lucknow.

This was an extremely cruel and bad experience. The staff and top management were rude and happy to harass and torture senior citizens. Room and elevator maintenance was beyond poor. The service was very bad, and management should shut the hotel before a legal complaint is filed for cheating customers. Please be careful and boycott this place.

We booked through OYO, through my friend. The staff were good, but the property wasn't in good condition. The bed wasn't clean or comfortable, and hot water is managed centrally, so you have to call for them to switch on the geyser. I didn't try the food, so can't comment on that. Compared with my other OYO stays, the overall experience wasn't good. They gave us parking on the road, with none inside the hotel. It might be okay for one night, but any longer would be torture.
