I can’t recommend Hotel Charans Plaza for an important event. The parking was chaotic, and when some of our belongings went missing, nobody offered help. Check-in and check-out were a mess, with staff providing no help and being rude to our guests throughout. From catering to service, the whole experience was awful.

The service made a big difference to my stay. Reception and housekeeping were friendly, helpful, and professional. They took time to answer my questions and made sure I was comfortable.

The rooms are good, but the corridors are awful, with dirty mats and dirt everywhere, and there’s no parking space. The towels, bedsheet, and blanket all stink.

The rooms were roomy and clean, and the price was decent. Being right beside McDonald's on Hazratganj Road is the main plus.

The food is the highlight for me, both tasty and hygienic, with meals prepared in a way that's hard to forget. It's a good hotel in the Hazaratganj area of Lucknow and could work for different purposes depending on what you need. Try it once and decide for yourself.
