I had an important exam the next day, but the room situation added stress and made me leave that same day. I'd booked and paid in advance for an AC room, then was told on arrival that none were available. They put me in a cheap-quality non-AC room instead, and it felt like they were taking advantage of my having already paid online. The room was uncomfortable, poorly maintained, and not worth the money. Staff were rude and completely unhelpful, with no concern for my situation. I wish I could give negative stars. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable, I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.
The rooms are very dirty and the prices are high. I was also charged 400 extra for a one-hour stay. Please don't book here.
Sorry for the bad review, but this hotel isn't good. I wouldn't recommend it.
You get what you'd expect for under 600/-. It was fine as a place to leave my luggage while I walked around. The problem was that the door couldn't be locked from inside, so anyone could push it open. That felt really bad while sleeping, using the washroom, or taking a bath.
The clean rooms are the only reason I'm giving it two stars. Otherwise, this is a pathetic hotel. Students come because it's near Cosmo exam centre, but they charge Rs1000 for a room without A/C, and even tea and water cost extra. I stayed one night and couldn't sleep because of mosquitoes. The english toilet didn't work, so I switched rooms to one with an Indian toilet, but there was no soap or slippers there.
