I felt safe and comfortable during my three nights there on my own. The staff were polite, quick to help, and cooperative, and the way things were run felt organized. The hotel was easy to find and connected well to the main attractions. My room was comfortable, very clean, and had the basic things covered, plus plenty of charging points, a kettle, tea, coffee, milk, towels, a doormat, and a toilet kit. There were even several places to sit in the small, cozy room. The food was tasty and affordable. I’d absolutely recommend it to women traveling solo.

Getting to and from Charbagh Railway Station was easy, and the location was convenient without the congestion or noise. The rooms were spacious, tidy, and looked well cared for, so I was comfortable there. Service stayed good throughout, and the staff were helpful. A nice mix of comfort, service, and location. I’d recommend it.

I was struck by the comfort, warm atmosphere, and attention to detail at [Hotel D Silver Leaf]. From check-in onward, the stay went beyond what I expected, with luxury and service that set a high standard. I couldn’t find a single thing to fault. It was a memorable visit, and I’d definitely come back for a longer stay 😇💕

It’s right in the heart of Lucknow, so getting to different places is easier. The ambience was lovely, the facilities were great, and the staff were helpful. A comfortable stay.

I wouldn’t recommend booking here. The place was a waste of money for me. Even though we booked a deluxe room, it was unhygienic, poorly maintained, and much smaller than the photos suggested. The bathroom was dirty and smelly, and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. Cleanliness overall was terrible, completely unacceptable for a paid stay. I’ve attached images so people can see the actual condition for themselves. Please avoid this hotel.
